This handsome burr walnut playing card box that dates from the late 19th century has domed top decorated with three brass playing cards - six of hearts, five of clubs and four of spades.

This antique games box has a hinged lid with three compartments inside so you can store two packs of playing cards and poker dice. The front is fitted with an ornate brass escutcheon and brass lock. We have a key so the box can be locked.

A very nice antique piece that comes with 2 packs of later playing cards and some poker dice.

Would make a wonderful gift for a card enthusiast.

Condition: Excellent used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Some staining to the inside. The lock is a little bit catchy but does work OK. Comes with key. Cards and dice are later. Please see pictures.
