This handsome and sturdy briefcase by luggage maker The Orient dates from c1930 and is embossed with The Orient Make logo to the side edges.

This vintage / antique attache case is strong, durable, lightweight and fire retardant being made from vulcanised fibre, has studded corner strengtheners, a stitched leather metal reinforced handle with sturdy brass fittings, two brass locks/clasps which are marked English Lever and we have the key.

The inside of the case is in beautiful condition and fitted with a tan lining with a folio compartment. The outside is embossed with G.S.M. Co Ltd. 16.

A very nice quality vintage briefcase in wonderful condition so is a stylish usable case and has a great look with a rich brown colour.

Condition: Excellent used vintage condition with signs of use in keeping with age. The case is very sound and usable with good stitching, strong handle and corners.Some marks, general wear and some cracking to the leather handle. Lock clasps work and we do have the key. Please see pictures.
