This pair of antique shinpads which date from the early 20th century are made of canvas, have tube stiffeners inside and are approx 23 cm (9") high.

These true vintage shin pads would make fantastic display items to go with a collection of footballs and boots.

Note: Image 7 is of a pair of very similar pads advertised in a 1910 Acton & Co sports catalogue.
