This stylish Art Deco cocktail shaker which dates from the first half of the 20th century is made of silver plate and is by renowned silversmith James Dixon & Sons.
This high quality shaker which has a classic Art Deco design with line decoration to the handle and around the body. The shaker incorporates an ice crusher / fruit juicer into the lid, has a chain linked stopper and holds 1 pint.
This desirable shaker would make a wonderful usable bar accessory for your garden party or get together.
James Dixon & Sons was a renowned Sheffield-based manufacturer established in 1806, becoming one of the most significant British producers of sterling silver, Electroplated Nickel Silver (EPNS), pewter, and Britannia metal. They were known for high-quality sporting accessories, barware and iconic items like the Hales Trophy.
