This stylish antique bread basket which is made of silver plate is by top French maker Christofle, has a beautiful hand woven design with carry handle and is an unusually large one.

This handsome handled basket which could also be used for fruit dates from c1900, is a good weight, is marked with the Christofle France maker's marks to the underside and is a very scarce larger size basket.

A beautiful usable antique example that also looks fantastic on display.
