This original 8 panel leather football which date from c1880 is complete with the original leather laces, has 5 pairs of lace holes and is an extremely rare and desirable piece of collectable football memorabilia.

The football is a youth league size ball and is in original well used condition so showing lots of age related wear. There is no bladder as it has rotted but the ball holds shape OK for display.

Size: Approx 54.5 cm / 21 1/2" circumference.

Weight: 218 grams.

Date: c1880.

Condition: Well used condition with lots of age related wear, scuffs, scrapes, staining and marks. Leather has dried out and some of the stitching has pulled/torn. There is no bladder as it has rotted but the ball holds shape OK for display. Please see pictures.
