This interesting sterling silver and enamel football medal was made by Vaughton & Sons in 1933 and is still in it's original box.
The medal was made for Dorset County EL.Schools F.A. and was awarded for the Mark Frowde Cup 1933-1934.
The enamelling and the medal is in wonderful condition and the original box has Dorset County F.A embossed to the lid.
This would make a great collector's piece or gift for a football fan.
Hallmark: Lion for Silver. Anchor for Birmingham. V&S for Vaughton & Sons. Date letter J for 1933.
Size: 2.5 cm (1") approx diameter plus the top ring.
