This limited edition presentation piece is in the form of a silver cricket bail on a black plastic plinth.

The silver model of a cricket bail was made by Pobjoy Mint to commemorate the 1977 Jubilee Test. It unscrews to reveal a paper scroll recording the scores of the Centenary Test Match at Lord's along with the player's names and facsimile signatures.

This collector's piece has a black plastic presentation plinth which features an engraved plaque that reads - The Jubilee Test Match 1977. Marking 100 years of England V Australia Test Cricket and the silver bail is fully hallmarked for 1977.

Size:

Plinth - W 16 cm (6 1/4") x D 8.5 cm (3 1/4") x H 6 cm (2 1/4").

Bail - 9.5 cm (3 3/4") long.

Weight of silver bail only: 64 grams.

Hallmark: Lion for Sterling Silver. Leopards Head for London. Date letter D. Maker's mark JHO for John Henry Odell.

Condition: Very good used vintage condition with some light surface scratches, small dings and tarnish. Some light staining and creasing to paper scroll. Please see pictures.
