This silver plated meat cover by Atkin Brothers which dates from c1870 is a good large size making it perfect for covering a big roast or Christmas turkey.

The good usable Victorian meat cover has a fancy beaded handle and edging, is a good size and beautifully clean inside.

Measurements: approx 40 cm long (15 3/4"), 33 cm wide (13") and 28 cm (11") high including handle.

Weight: 2.2 kg approx.

Date: Victorian - c1870.

Material: Silver Plate. EPNS.

Marked: Maker's mark of a hand and three feathers. HA EA FA for Atkin Brothers. EPNS.

Condition: Good usable antique condition with signs of use. Light surface scratches, small shallow all over bruises, light marks and spots of tarnishing. Inside is nice and clean. Plate has all over wear. Slight misshaping. Please see pictures.
