This mahogany cigar box which dates from the 19th century is a charming piece that has a wonderful patina and would have been originally been used by a butler or waiter to serve cigars.

The handsome box has a brass hinged lid that lifts to reveal four numbered compartments and a rear mahogany handle that has a wonderful tactile feel.

Today this could be used as a butler or waiter's serving tray for serving teas or similar items and would make a wonderful usable piece for a hotel, bar, shop or Gentleman's Club. This tray also looks fantastic on display so would make a super decorative piece for the home.
