This handsome Victorian stationery box which is made of coromandel wood is made by W Lund of Fleet Street, London and dates from c1840.

The interior of this box has different size satin wood compartments for your stationery, a lined red silk lid and a brass lock which works and comes with it's key and has an escutcheon to the outer.

The inside edge has a brass nameplate which is engraved with the maker's details for W Lund. Maker Fleet St and the slightly sloping top has stylish inlay detailing.

This beautiful quality desk accessory looks wonderful on a desk, is a very nice usable antique piece and would make a great gift.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. A few tiny chips and light surface scratches. Lock works well and comes with key. Some small losses to the inlay. Please see pictures.
