This original Lillywhite Frowd London, Kingcraft football is made of heavy Orange leather, has 'Lillywhite Frowd London, Kingcraft. Warranted Hand Sewn Throughout' written on one sides and dates from the 1950s.

This rare old football is an 18 panel design with 6 pairs of lace holes. The bladder is inside but deflated. The ball holds shape well.

Lillywhites produced the first official football for the fledgling Football Association in 1866 for a game between London FA and the Sheffield FA.

This decorative ball looks great on display and would make a nice collectable display ball.

Size of the ball is approx 64 cm / 25" circumference.

Date: c1950.

Weight: 466 grams.

Condition: Good used vintage condition with some scuffs, scrapes, scratches and marks. The is some surface digs / wear to the leather. Stitching on panels is very good. The bladder is inside but deflated. The ball holds shape well. Please see pictures.
